Photos: Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder arrive in Las Vegas

Heavyweight titleholder Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder on Tuesday arrived in Las Vegas for their pay-per-view fight Saturday at T-Mobile Arena.

And both of them were filled with bluster. They were asked as they stood in front of fans outside the arena one after the other to predict the result of their third and presumably final meeting in the ring.

They gave the same response: knockout.

“I see me beating him up and then knocking him out,” said Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs. “I’m going to put on a great performance Saturday night.”

Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs), arriving after Wilder stepped away, was asked whether his rival will have had enough time to make the adjustments necessary to avenge Fury’s seventh-round knockout in February of last year.

The Englishman said, in effect, that Wilder’s work in the gym won’t be relevant.

“You can go to college and get a master’s degree in nearly two years, so for a boxer, that’s very easy to do,” he said. “No matter what Deontay Wilder does, I’m still going to knock him the f— out!”
