Jean Silva didn’t waste any time trying to get under Bryce Mitchell’s skin.
Silva and Mitchell are set to battle at UFC 314, which takes place April 12 in Miami. The featherweight contest is part of a stacked card that includes a vacant championship fight in that same division in the main event between Alexander Volkanovski and Diego Lopes.
On Friday, ahead of this weekend’s UFC 313 event, Silva and Mitchell took part in a UFC 314 press conference, where Silva trolled Mitchell with a globe.

When Mitchell was asked his first question — to a deafening chorus of boos from the crowd — he was asked if he wanted to say anything in regards to his comments calling Adolf Hitler “a good guy,” and questioning the holocaust on his podcast. Before he could speak, Silva interrupted him before starting a “F*ck Bryce Mitchell” chant, which the fans joined in on.
Eventually, Mitchell clapped back at Silva.

“You’re barking up the wrong tree, motherf*cker,” Mitchell said.
Silva went on to walk towards Mitchell with the globe, continuously attempting to troll “Thug Nasty,” before Jon Anik stepped in and moved the press conference along.
The fighters would go face-to-face for the first time in an intense staredown on stage.
They’d get in the Octagon tomorrow night if they could @ThugNastyMMA vs Jean Silva
